Marching in Madison
From Caveat Lectorzilla, not normally a political blog but still worthy of your visits:
It is never pleasant to have to march against war.It?s even less pleasant when it?s maybe fifteen degrees Fahrenheit out.
Still. Had to be done. I did it. Hope you did too? and hope you did it someplace warmer.
Pretty good turnout, given the weather. I would guess seven hundred fifty people. Those who did not agree with us were uniformly polite. Polite and even supportive police presence. Some heinously clever signage.
Meeting a fellow protester?gotta run.
